In my speech, I challenged our movement to stop outsourcing persuasion and start rebuilding trust from the ground up. The right wing is running a disciplined, 24/7 disinformation machine, and we’re still stuck in a world of TV ads and press hits. If we want to win the future, we need to invest in local organizers, real conversations, and permanent communication infrastructure.
